Validate, normalise, and categorise spend.
Lead organisational design and change in staff assessment; job profiling; establish shared services centres and manage change
Provide guidance and management of external consultants on projects
Develop policy, processes and procedures to external standards, including ISO9002 and EU.
Create and manage benefits tracking and reporting systems.

Manage all components of procurement category improvement, including:
Business need, stakeholder interviews, and constructive challenge of specifications.
Supply market research, including alternative vendors and technologies.
Vendor negotiation and selection; and development of service level agreements and credits.
Contract drafting and creation of internal documentation
Hand-over to Contract Management and ensure successful implementation,
Support of change management, ongoing negotiations, and termination.
Deliver savings and improvement in, for example:
Capital, maintenance, repair and operation
Business services, including, strategy, management, IT and specialist consultancy; on behalf of Executive, HR, Finance, IS, Procurement, Production, and Communications departments
Fleet
Information Technology, including telephony & networks, software, hardware, and services
Raw materials
Temporary staff & contractors
Travel: including airlines, conferences and travel agencies
Coaching, Training & Development
Develop in-house programs of workshops and courses to meet organisation specifications and culture
Deliver and facilitate proprietary courses and workshops
Support individuals in their development to executive roles in Procurement
