the short title for my limited company.
I develop, launch and lead procurement transformations, category
improvement and staff development project.
I have deep experience in most areas of indirect procurement,
especially IT and business services, and have unrivalled
knowledge on how to direct consultants and control their activities.
My skills and experience complement and enhance those of the
internal procurement team and I ensure that they are fully
developed and able to take over projects before the end of my
assignment.
Kestrel OPS is a one-person company and I work with other
individuals and organisations to deliver larger projects.
This website is really a calling card to allow me to introduce myself
and enable you to contact me and I will be happy to answer
question and to expand on any area you would like to discuss.
And, since it has become the custom to add quotes as a footer to
