Kestrel OPS is the trading name of Kestrel Outsourcing and Procurement Services GmbH.
I founded it in order to specialise in Procurement consultancy, project leadership and staff
development; and to enjoy the variety of working with different organisations.
My speciality is helping Procurement to complete its transformation to business
partnership with all of the client functions in an organisation, through:
